Sterile Washing Machine:
A sterile washing machine is used to remove the presence of any disinfectant from the containers. This machine segment comprises of different types of equipment, namely Multijet Ampoule & Vial Washing Machine, High-Speed Rotary Ampoule Washing Machine, Automatic Linear Vial/Bottle Washing Machine, Automatic Airjet & Vacuum Cleaning Machine, Automatic External & Rotary Vial Washing Machine, and Rotary Bottle Washing Machine Model.

Multijet ampoule and vial washing machine is a semi-automatic machine and is equipped with all the latest GMP standards. The machine boasts of a cam-operated valve making it competent to perform six washes in 1 cycle. The sterile washing machine is constructed using stainless steel that imparts it a sturdy structure. It can accommodate ampoules having their size between 1ml to 20 ml and glass vials sizing between 2ml to 100ml. Automatic Airjet & Vacuum Cleaning Machine is another type of sterile washing machine and is used for cleaning glass and plastic bottles & jars for non-sterile products like Dry Syrup, Bulk Packing for Tablets & Capsules, etc. It is a highly compact machine and efficient machine with elegant looks.

Liquid Filling Machine:
The liquid filling machine is used to fill up the containers with the content that is in the liquid state. The ampoule filling and sealing machine is a multipurpose machine and is utilized for filling and sealing of glass ampoules. Hence, this machine finds extensive application in pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, veterinary & chemical industry. Built on a stainless steel square frame, the ampoule filling & sealing machine boasts of a matt-finished design. It is also quite convenient to clean and maintain the machine.

High-speed vial filling with rubber stoppering machine is utilized for vials that are round in shape. It has a maximum speed of 240 vials per minute. The machine performs an accurate operation of filling and has a no vial no fill system in order to ensure low wastage. The parts of Vial Liquid Filling and Rubber Stoppering Machine, exposed to liquids and rubber stoppers are made from SS 316 Material.
Automatic Liquid Bottle Filling Machine is a highly automated, compact, and versatile filling machine. It performs a precise operation and requires less labor in its operation. The speed of the operation depends upon the nature of Liquids, Container Diameter/Height/Neck Size, and Filling Volume.
