The Aseptic Liquid Filling Machine Model LI-LVF 4 is designed for round shape glass vials with maximum output up to 120 vials per minute. Lodha PharmaIt is specifically engineered to fill sterile liquids — biologics, vaccines, injectable drugs, and sensitive formulations — into glass vials inside a fully controlled sterile environment, ensuring zero contamination from filling to rubber stoppering.

A standard vial filling machine focuses on volumetric accuracy and mechanical filling. The Aseptic version goes further — it is designed to maintain complete sterility of both the product and the container throughout the filling process. Lodha's aseptic machines are equipped with features that protect the product from exposure to air and other contaminants during the filling process. Lodha PharmaThis includes LAF integration, RABS/Isolator compatibility, media fill system with peristaltic pump, and toughened glass cabinet enclosure — none of which are present in a standard volumetric vial filler.

This system offers filling volumes from 0.1 to 250 ml Lodha Machines— covering the complete range of pharmaceutical injectable vial formats from micro-dose biologics and vaccine single-dose vials to multi-dose injectable vials used across hospital and institutional supply chains.

The maximum output is up to 120 vials per minute. The speed of the machine depends on nature of aseptic liquids, vial diameter, fill volume, and rubber stopper size. Lodha PharmaLodha's technical team can calculate the exact expected throughput for your specific formulation and vial combination.

These machines are often used for biologics, vaccines, and injectable drugs that require the highest levels of sterility. Lodha PharmaAdditional applications include ophthalmic sterile solutions, cytotoxic/oncology injectables, sterile aqueous and viscous liquids, Ayurvedic parenteral preparations, and premium cosmetic ampoules requiring aseptic-grade filling conditions.

Yes. Machine construction is in fully stainless steel finish including machine frame structure as per cGMP guidelines. All contact parts coming in contact with liquids and rubber stoppers are constructed from SS 316 materials. I Lodha Pharmat complies with US FDA and cGMP guidelines for aseptic manufacturing. T Lodha Machineshe machine is purpose-built for Grade A/B sterile manufacturing environments as defined by EU GMP Annex 1 and WHO Technical Report Series sterile manufacturing guidelines.

The machine features a Media Filling System with Peristaltic Pump Lodha Pharma — a dedicated system that allows you to run Media Fill (Process Simulation) studies using culture growth media instead of your actual drug product. Media Fill validation is a mandatory regulatory requirement for all aseptic filling operations under WHO-GMP, USFDA, and EU GMP Annex 1 — it is the primary method regulators use to verify that your aseptic filling process reliably produces sterile product. Having the peristaltic pump-based media fill system built into the machine means you can run these studies without any separate equipment or line modification.

The machine features a Toughened Glass Cabinet with Aluminum Profile Cabinet Lodha Pharma — a fully enclosed transparent protective enclosure surrounding the critical filling and stoppering zone. This cabinet creates a physical barrier between the machine's critical zone and the surrounding environment — maintaining the integrity of the Grade A unidirectional airflow within the filling zone, preventing operator contamination during filling, and providing full visual monitoring of the filling process from outside. It is a key design feature that supports EU GMP Annex 1 open RABS requirements.

The machine features Minimum and Maximum Accumulation at infeed and outfeed with auto restart. Lodha Pharma This intelligent accumulation system monitors vial levels at the machine entry and exit continuously — if vial accumulation drops below minimum or builds above maximum at either end, the machine automatically pauses and restarts when levels return to normal. This prevents vial jams, line stoppages, and sterile zone disruptions at the critical filling station — maintaining continuous, uninterrupted aseptic production.

The Aseptic Liquid Filling Machine is the required choice for all sterile product categories — small volume parenterals (SVPs) including antibiotics, antifungals, analgesics, anti-cancer drugs, antivirals; biological products and biosimilars; vaccines and immunologics; ophthalmic sterile solutions; and any formulation where a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶ is the required regulatory standard for the filled container.

The machine features a No Vial – No Fill System and No Vial – Machine Stop System. Lodha Pharma When no vial is detected below the filling nozzle, filling stops automatically — preventing liquid spillage into the Grade A sterile zone. In an aseptic environment, even a small liquid spill represents a contamination risk to the entire sterile zone — making this sensor system a critical sterility assurance protection feature, not just a product waste prevention mechanism.

Yes. These machines are used to fill sterile liquids in an open RABS (Restricted Access Barriers System) and can also be equipped with closed RABS and Isolator systems to maintain the sterility in the filling process. Lodha Pharma Isolator integration provides the highest achievable sterility assurance — mandatory for cell and gene therapies, advanced biological products, and manufacturers targeting USFDA and EU GMP Annex 1 sterile filling compliance at the most stringent level.

Yes — nitrogen pre-fill and post-fill gassing is available as an option on the aseptic model. For oxygen-sensitive sterile injectables — biologics, oxidation-prone antibiotics, oncology products — nitrogen flushing before and after filling eliminates residual headspace oxygen in the vial before rubber stoppering, protecting formulation stability, potency, and shelf life throughout the product's storage and distribution lifecycle.

Its rapid changeover process and compliance with US FDA and cGMP guidelines for aseptic manufacturing Lodha Machines provide the documented foundation for IQ/OQ/PQ validation. The machine's consistent filling parameters, SS 316 contact part documentation, media fill system compatibility, LAF/RABS integration, and triple safety sensor systems give your quality and validation teams the process control evidence and material compliance data needed for regulatory dossiers across CDSCO, WHO-GMP, USFDA, and EU GMP frameworks.

The machine model is also available with vacuumetric type Rubber Stoppering System Lodha Pharma — using vacuum-assisted positive placement to ensure each rubber stopper is precisely seated on the vial neck before pressing. In aseptic manufacturing, inconsistent stopper placement is a critical sterility risk — a partially seated stopper allows air and contaminants into the filled vial. The vacuumetric system eliminates this risk by providing confirmed, consistent deep-seated stopper placement at every cycle, regardless of rubber stopper variability.

Ayurvedic sterile preparations — parenteral formulations under Schedule T, ophthalmic preparations, nasal preparations — are subject to the same sterility assurance requirements as conventional pharmaceutical injectables. A standard vial filling machine does not provide the enclosed sterile zone, media fill capability, RABS compatibility, or LAF integration that aseptic manufacturing regulations require. The Aseptic Liquid Filling Machine gives Ayurvedic sterile manufacturers the compliant, validated filling infrastructure that AYUSH GMP inspectors, state drug authorities, and export market regulators expect to see on a sterile Ayurvedic manufacturing line.

Yes. Ayurvedic ophthalmic preparations — herbal eye drops, Triphala-based eye solutions, medicated ophthalmic liquids — are sterile aqueous preparations filled into small glass vials (5 ml to 15 ml). The LI-LVF 4 Aseptic model handles these vial formats with full aseptic filling zone compliance, SS 316 contact parts, autoclavable components, and the media fill system that regulatory authorities require as proof of sterility process validation — giving your Ayurvedic ophthalmic product line the manufacturing credibility it needs for institutional, hospital, and export market supply.

Its rapid changeover process Lodha Machines and compact, modular design make the LI-LVF 4 Aseptic model a practical, cost-accessible entry point for Ayurvedic manufacturers building their first sterile line. You get full aseptic filling capability — RABS compatibility, media fill system, toughened glass cabinet, SS 316 contact parts — at a scale and investment level appropriate for a growing Ayurvedic sterile manufacturing operation. As volumes grow, the machine's design supports line integration with upstream vial washing and downstream capping equipment without replacing the core filling asset.

Yes — for cosmetic manufacturers producing premium sterile-grade glass ampoule products where aseptic filling conditions are required to guarantee product safety and shelf stability. High-end cosmetic ampoules — single-use hyaluronic acid serums, stem cell concentrates, vitamin infusion ampoules, professional anti-aging treatment vials — are increasingly produced under aseptic conditions to eliminate preservatives, extend shelf life, and justify premium pricing. The Aseptic Filling Machine provides the sterile filling environment and documented process controls that make preservative-free cosmetic ampoule claims credible and defensible.
