The bottom discharge is achieved with a flush bottom ball valve, and the mechanical tilting uses a worm and worm wheel configuration. There is also an optional motorized driving system for tilting. The kettle includes a detachable agitator with anchor blades and Teflon scrapers, and an optional hydraulic lifting and lowering setup. The Paste Kettle is used to manufacture starch-based paste. Its hemispherical shape helps heat the starch paste evenly and covers a larger surface area. After placing a cover on the kettle, it is heated until the starch melts and forms a thick paste. The paste can be stirred manually or with an anchor-type agitator, which keeps the paste moving continuously to prevent lumps. Both methods yield a smooth, consistent paste.
The temperature is adjustable using the provided thermostat, and the current temperature can be read on the dial thermometer. The jacket of the kettle can be customised for different operating temperatures to suit various needs.
