Turn Table Manufacturer

A turntable is an efficient horizontal machinery with a rotational mechanism to transfer the objects conveyors connected in an angular pattern. A turntable is also known as “Scambler”. An “Un-Scambler” is fixed on a stainless- steel framework of square shape with a solid rail. It also has a reduction gear present to provide less jerks during the processing of products and noise-free execution of tasks. The scrambler can be used for loading as well as unloading of products from the conveyor. These are highly efficient and high production machinery. The turntables are also beneficial when it comes to choosing less occupying of space on the floor.

Industries Using Turn Table

  • Pharmaceutical Industry Conveying, feeding, inspection and line-support equipment.
  • Ayurvedic Industry Line automation for herbal liquid and solid packing.
  • Cosmetic Industry Bottle handling and feeding on personal-care lines.
  • Food Industry Conveyors, feeders and turntables on food packing lines.
  • Nutraceutical Industry Supplement line handling and accumulation.
  • Chemicals Industry Container handling on chemical packing lines.

Turn Table FAQs

A rotating circular platform that buffers, accumulates, and transfers bottles between packaging machines — ensuring smooth, continuous container flow without jams or speed mismatch.

The same turntable performs both functions — at infeed it unscrambles containers into the line, at outfeed it scrambles and buffers containers exiting a machine.

Rigid MS square frame with SS 304 cladding — providing strength and GMP-compliant corrosion-resistant surfaces.

It buffers speed differences between adjacent machines — preventing pile-ups, starvation, and line stoppages.

Containers rotate on the disk and are guided by SS strips toward the outlet — ensuring gentle spiral movement without pushing.

Yes — it allows L-shaped or corner packaging line layouts without complex conveyor modifications.

They absorb speed mismatches between washer, filler, capper, and labeler — keeping all machines running simultaneously.

Yes — SS 304 cladding, solid guide rail, and hygienic finish meet pharmaceutical GMP requirements.

It ensures jerk-free, noiseless rotation — protecting glass bottles from impact and breakage.

Electronic speed adjustment via Variable Frequency Drive to precisely match adjacent machine speeds.

They compensate for shaft misalignment — ensuring smooth, low-maintenance operation.

Typically 4–6 — positioned at each machine interface from washing to packing.

Yes — designed to match infeed/outfeed heights and speeds of Lodha filling, capping, and labeling machines.

It prevents bottle jams and stoppages across multi-machine Ayurvedic liquid packaging lines.

Yes — strong MS frame and jerk-free gearbox rotation protect tall 750 ml and 1000 ml bottles.

It allows packaging lines to turn corners in irregular factory layouts without civil changes.

Yes — hygienic SS 304 finish and controlled operation meet Schedule T expectations.

Yes — containers can be manually loaded or automatically received from upstream conveyors.

Absolutely — it ensures smooth flow between filling, capping, and labeling machines.

Gearbox-smoothed rotation prevents glass-on-glass impacts — protecting premium retail presentation quality.
